Returns and Refunds
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it for a store credit. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please be assured that we are working to shorten this time frame while maintaining the highest safety standards for you and our team.
We know this is an unprecedented period, and since safety is our top priority at Retreat Magazine, some of our retail stores are temporarily closed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. But please don't worry, we have made some short-term adjustments to the return policy, hoping to make your experience easier.
We Stand by our Goods
We are committed to letting you explore the world freely and pursue adventures. The last thing we want to happen is that our clothes are blocking the road. If you return the product with the original retail receipt or online packing slip within 30 days of the purchase date, we will refund the original sales price to the original payment method.
Except for defective goods or wrongly sent goods, the cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by the customer. Our international partner Retreat Magazine provides excellent value returns, and you can find detailed information on how to create returns and pay premium shipping here.
We only accept returns from the original purchaser or the original gift recipient. We only accept returns purchased from https://retreatshops.com/ or Retreat Magazine retail stores. Retreat Magazine products purchased at independent department stores and distributors must be returned to the place of purchase. Retreat Magazine will not accept returns of clothing purchased through second-hand stores, unauthorized dealers or from The Renewal Workshop; accept returns of final sales items; and will not accept returns due to misuse or negligence.
